Healing from not Having

Happiness is contagious

At least for me

When I see someone happy having something I don't, it simply makes me happy

At least I can feel the warmth of the happiness

I always try not to envy on what I don't have

Instead, I feel glad for other's happiness

If I can't earn for myself, I try to help others

When I see them happy, I can feel a bit warmth of happiness from it

We can't have, but we can see and feel happy

This is one of my way for healing





But, still, I don't have the cure for regreting the stupid thing I did yet
